Drainage & Debris

Clean rooftop drainage systems and remove visible debris so water moves off the roof the way it was designed to.

Observation Reports w/ Photos

Photo documentation after every inspection, identifying needed repairs and providing clear repair estimates.

Roof Tune-Up

Inspect penetrations (boots, vents, hurricane stands, pitch pans, conduit), check & reseal flashings, inspect & clean gutters, seal cracked tiles, and caulk exposed fasteners.

Tile Maintenance

Repair, seal, or replace cracked tiles to keep the roof system watertight and warranty-compliant.

Terms Summary

  • For multifamily & commercial roofs no longer covered by manufacturer / installation warranties. The roof must pass inspection and be in repairable condition.
  • Covers necessary repairs to fix leaks and roof issues per the tune-up — no extra cost for covered repairs during the term.
  • Covered repairs are completed within 5 business days of assessment (subject to weather and material availability).
